This powerful yet nurturing session supports you in clearing and cleansing past and ancestral patterns stored in your body and energy field that are ready to be released in this moment in time. As these layers — accumulated through your life experiences, family, and lineage — dissolve, the healing ripples outward, bringing relief and light to your children, your ancestors, and generations to come.

Come home to yourself. Breathe. Release. Refill your energy so you can give and receive from a place of wholeness.

What to Expect

• Opening circle and gentle group sharing



• 30–40 minute multidimensional healing (lying down)



• Grounding and optional sharing with tea afterward

Who is this for?
All mothers — expecting, new, and experienced — as well as those on the path to motherhood or trying to conceive. This session is for anyone who feels called to release energetic or ancestral patterns, reconnect with themselves, and restore balance from within.

What should I bring?
A yoga mat is provided. Bring a blanket, or pillow for added comfort while lying down; water and an open heart.

Do I need prior experience?
No prior experience is necessary. This session is open to all who feel called to participate.
