Preparing for Your Energy Healing Session

To receive the greatest benefit from your session, it's important to create a sacred and intentional space—one that signals to your body, mind, and energy field that you are ready to heal, release, and receive. These simple yet powerful preparation steps help align your frequency, calm your nervous system, and prime you for a deeper shift.
Pre-Session Preparation Steps
1. Set a Clear Intention
Your intention is a bridge between your conscious mind and your energetic field. It opens the space for transformation and invites your Higher Self and healing guides to assist.
If you're unsure where to begin, try this simple yet powerful phrase:
“I intend to heal all blocks, cords, and energy that are ready to be released now for the highest good of all.”
You may also tailor your intention to something more specific—such as emotional healing, releasing ancestral patterns, increasing vitality, or calling in clarity.
💡 TIP: Write your intention down or speak it aloud with presence. This activates your field and sets the tone for the session.
2. Create a Sacred, Quiet Space
Choose a place where you won’t be disturbed. This space should feel calm, clean, and energetically neutral. You may want to dim the lights, light a candle, burn sacred herbs (like sage or palo santo), or use essential oils to enhance the vibration.
💡 If you’re in a shared space, consider using noise-canceling headphones or an eye mask to deepen your inward focus.
3. Gather Your Essentials
Keep the following close at hand:
A glass of water – to help ground and flush energy after the session
A journal or notebook – to capture insights, emotions, or messages received during or after the session
You may also wish to have crystals, flower essences, or any talismans that support your energy.
4. Remove Metal
Take off jewelry, watches, or metal objects if possible, as they can interfere with the natural flow of subtle energy currents. If removal isn’t possible, simply set the intention:
“I allow healing energy to flow freely through and around all objects on or near me.”
5. Create Physical Comfort
Use pillows, blankets, or anything that supports your body in full relaxation. You may choose to sit upright with a supported spine, or lie down flat with your palms open and face relaxed.
💡 Optional: Use an eye pillow or soft cloth to encourage deep rest and help enter a meditative state.
6. Enter a Receptive State
Close your eyes and begin to gently breathe. With each exhale, imagine releasing tension, thoughts, or concerns. With each inhale, invite peace, light, and stillness.
You may silently repeat:
“I open fully to receive this healing with trust, grace, and love.”
